Link Drill Bushing

I've had a few requests for some other sizes.
Tomorrow morning I'll be running out the last of my material thru the machine.
I could run some for 3/8" diameter link and using the same 3mm tap pilot hole (#39/#40 drill).
If there is any interest in this size just post up here and I'll make some.
I may only be making around 50 or so of this size.

Small price adjustment

Unfortunately I need to make a small price adjustment.
No effect on those who have already paid.
Due to the nature of shipping I must ship as a parcel, something I didn't expect and double the price I did expect.
I'm sorry I'm such a newb at this!

But, I will somewhat sweetin' the deal.

Here's the new price.
One bushing for $7.50 shipped, a small increase but an increase non the less.

Two bushings for $12 shipped.

This way if you want to dedicate one of these bushings to a larger size pilot you can just drill it out..............drill from the 3/16" side (.125" for 4mm threads).

I'm sorry for my learning curve.
The original post will reflect the new prices.

3/8" 4mm thread is how I build my links, and 1/2" also.

All paids have mailed out this morning, First Class USPS.

3/8" by 4mm, I am running a very limited quantity of these right now.
The recommended drill diameter for 4mm thread is .1299.
I am drilling these for .125", it makes it much easier and tapping delrin with a smaller hole is even better, you'll get a 100% thread.

Same prices.

No plans for a 1/2" by 4mm bushing yet.

I have plenty of 5/16" by 3mm and a dozen 3/8" by 4mm. I don't have any 1/4" but it would be simple to make either work with tubing as a bushing liner.

All 'paids' shipped today.

I have approx 150 pieces of the 5/16" by 3mm bushings and
10 pieces of the 3/8" by 4mm bushing.

Most recent 'paids' shipped out today.

Berg owners.......look for a new tool in the Vendors Market or in my sig later tonight. It'll make clocking your axles much easier. :)

I used this for all the links I made today. All my lower links are 4mm and it was no problem using the smaller hole as a pilot for the 4mm hole. I just put the 4mmx25mm cap head screw in the drill and tapped it into the link. Then cut the cap head off with a Dremal and screwed the rod end on. Piece of cake."thumbsup"
