I had one a while back for axial and I'm trying to find them again and forgot who made them. Are they still around?

They discontinued them a while back and then cleared house on all remaining parts. If your lucky you can find a complete kit every now and then in the BST section. I was lucky enough to pickup a few of the remaining ones they had.

I know Integy showed one for the SCX chassis and their was also an eBay kit but I never fit one to see of they truly fit the "axial" chassis.

I'd rather keep my SCX-10 linked

and purchase a 2ndary leaf sprung chassis...

ie: TF2, Sawback, Tamiya, etc.

think RC4WD offers a Lf spring hanger kit
tho' the leaf springs require separate purchase.

I have a build thread that is buried that showed how I converted a SCX-10 chassis to use OG Bruiser spring hangers and Chino leaf springs to run the rc3wd 'Yota axles. Dig it up and check it out, it might shed some light onto your project. "thumbsup"

I know you can do this well with the GCM 4TEN parts. Here's Dana's Blazer done with the Axial axle leaf mounts and the Stock height Spring hanger set.
The rear is perfect with a little spacer on the swing hanger, and because of the front frame taper, you can just add a little spacer behind the one screw on the front eye, and it lines up real well.
Here's some pics of the setup:
