KCRC - Kansas City Remote Crawlers -

A very cool workbench in this month issue of Handyman mag. 4x8 but folds on both ends for easy storage. Might check it out.

i made my first workbench to either sit on a bar height chair or stand, but i ended up making a new one that's just for sitting at and i like it a lot better. if you make it out of 2x4's you can always cut the legs down if you want it shorter

i plan on hiding all my RC stuff. my grandpa came back from China married to a random chinese lady and im afraid her and her 12 year old will be all touch everything like they were last time i met them.

Well.... I plan on doing both to be honest . I just picked up an AX 10 Scorpion off of ebay. I felt that would be a good jumping off point into RC crawling... either comp or scale.

Welcome!

Damn good for comp...but only so so for scale. So far we've been laxed on the allowed vehicles for our Goat Hill scale runs...pretty much just limiting it to the only pre req being that it's a scale body. But I know Jerry was saying that they plan to do some true scale events next year that typically TVP(twin vertical plate) chassis vehicles aren't allowed to run in. Basicly you start off with a scoresheet where you get more points for the more realistic your rig is.

However....I'm sure that myself or another club member would have another scaler rig you would be able to run if you wanted to participate in an event like that! "thumbsup"

:[ sadness. I am trading my t4.1 for a mmp and some cash. I hate to since its a really nice kit but I hate that it doesnt get used either. any takers on here before i finalize it. club members have first grabs always
