KCRC - Kansas City Remote Crawlers -

I wish I could start a hobby shop. I Would support us. Lol

You and me both, but they must have tracks, plural, so folks can break stuff to support the store. Kits don't make skwat, parts replacement is where it's at.
Still think the "rent-a-wreck" program would draw in tons of folks for a twist on an evening of family fun. Tie the program in with a Manufacture like Axial or Traxxas, short course and the like for durability and parts availability.

Instead of just going to Watch racing, go race with your family instead of watching re-runs at the movie theater.

Not saying it wasn't fun.
Just hard to get any of the local "Hobby Shops" interested in supporting us.
And equally as hard to justify paying to run our rigs,
when we can just throw down where ever for free! ;-)

RCPlus purchased our booth from last year, they allow free use of it at their hobby shop.

At our auto show display, it's all FREE to run. Although we only allow the Axial rigs that have been supplied by Axial. Sure folks that are at the auto show did have to pay to enter the auto show.

This years display is also for sale. It has no home after the show, so as of Sunday, Jan 29th @ 7pm it'll be homeless.

It is nice to run a rig indoors when the weather outside is nasty.

Gearing up for the 2012 season! Sporty rebuild in full effect.

got some new bling for the XR too

any one have any old rovers (2.2) collecting dust they would like to get rid of?
Post up in the "wanted section" you are sure to find someone with some there."thumbsup"

Man, KCRC has been dead lately, whats everyone up to?

He posted here instead of the classifieds because he was hoping to deal with someone on a local level. We do that here from time to time because it can be alot easier than having to deal with paypal, shipping time/costs, etc.

This is "winter" so its pretty much our off season right now. Alot of members are in the middle of rebuilding existing rigs, building whole new ones or just doing other non crawler related stuff.
