A 26 gallon air compressor? Is the CFM high enough to run a DA and a paint gun? Did you get a Shop Vac brand vacuum or something else? Ive had a little 1 gallon Shop Vac for years and Im impressed at how much better it works over other vacuums.

Just went and picked up my shop vac, upper and lower tool chest, 26 gallon air compressor and air tools. About $1100 for $450 or so.

We spent Black Friday volunteering for Christmas in the Park. It was a blast and didn't cost us a dime. Raised $1000.00 for Missouri Rehab Association to boot.

If you guys get a chance, go check it out."thumbsup"

It's a 6 cfm compressor, paint guns, cut off wheels and the like aren't much of an issue. Some of the higher duty stuff would be intermittent at max. This is just for the basement shop, so most that stuff isn't in my plan.

Yeah it's Shop Vac brand, 4.5 hp, just used it to clean out the area. Going to start on building a couple walls tomorrow I hope.

Going to do a thread on the shop build probably :lol;

A shop build thread, hrrm interesting. I may have to do one of those as well :) Since I spend every waking moment I can in it...lol

I picked up a 4.5hp Coleman belt drive comp w/26 gallon tank for the garage a few years back for 75 bucks just because it was a good price, lol People bought it, used it to finish the basement and hadn't touched it since. Sure does make tire rotation alot faster, lol. funny thing is, all the kids who need air in the bike tires know where to come now.
Between that and having a tire plug kit for car tires, I could have a sideline going on here.

Shop construction went well today! Aaron came over and we got all the walls done. Next up is benches.

Lots to do still, lighting, flooring, replacement windows, electrical (I have an old 60 amp sub panel down there that I will replace).

Diggin' the snow that just fell.
Need to go get our scale on later!

We'll get back to scheduling official Scale GTG's after the holidays!
But if anyone is interested, the trails are always open,
if you find some free time before then!

I heard Menthols, Coca Cola and Jack Daniels will kill about anything. And thats coming from a guy that paints the inside of 18' trailers using Imron paint without a respirator. :ror:
None for me, thanks.
Don't seem to get sick anymore.
Must be these menthols...:ror:
