Joywrex's Creeper Build (First RC ever)

It's so much better than the ghetto stock chassis plates. I don't really have anything to compare it to other than that.

lol, thats good. i know ive tried the 4vp v2 chassis and i also tried the mayhem engineering ls2 chassis stock and the XR, and so far this one is the one that out beat the stock chassis.

It's been a while. I haven't been doing much to this rig but I did add a new hobbico cs170 servo. That thing is a screamer! It's actually kind of annoyingly loud. Strong though.

Welcome back Noah. I can remember following ur thread when I first started! The cs-170 is a great servo, I started with one as well, it's still kicking in my scaler. It quites down after a bit of use... how's the rig working other wise?

It's working great. I haven't had anything break for a while"thumbsup" So I haven't had to do anything to it.

I started working on a Trailfinder 2. So that's going to be taking most of my time.

I can understand that, I have been working on a couple mrc's an my moa mantis at style chassis. I haven had much break in a while either.. other then a cvd..

It sure has been a while. I'm still creeping around and don't feel the need to modify anything else.

Just checked out all 3 of your builds after randomly looking at the TF2 thread from the "Latest posts" in Tapatalk... Love the progression on this one, you tried so many different little changes and lots of home-made solutions, great stuff! I notice you haven't posted the video here, but I saw it after watching the TF2 vids, this thing looks pretty capable now.

that was a clean break. I have broken both fronts at the CV and both times it was not clean like that. Got pics of the actual broken part?

I broke mine the same way but the wheel wouldn't free spin like that. Amain has a short side set in stock $14.49 + shipping, but out of stock on long sides, Ebay has both long and short. Looks like ebay has them at 21.99 shipped from atomicrc
