What a great time yesterday. Looking forward to the next event.
They are for the most part stock. Radios, ESC and servos can be changed. The second set on shocks on the rear have been added on some. Motors are usually the stock motors, but some have changed out to different brands with similar specs.

It's so much fun that grown men can't even keep track of what lap it is....and there's only 3 per heat :shock:. I think several ended up going to 4 or 5 :ror:
These things definitely don't photograph like crawlers...I had a lot of great shots, but they were moving too fast. Finally got my settings a bit better towards the end, but I'll be ready next time "thumbsup"
Anyways, I had a total blast yesterday!! Thanks to Ty for all his hard work on the track, and to everyone else for making it out. Always fun to see Todd and Jeff, and their race was fantastic! It'll be great to see more of them end that way!

Wow! I have not had that much fun or laughed that much in a long time. :ror:
It is always such a pleasure to hang out with you guys and it was great to finally meet you Jocko. Best day ever!!! If anyone is on the fence about a rally car or a Mini Trophy you either gotta come see them run or just get one going. Just as much scale fun as crawlers and lots of excitement. My Mini Trophy is my most favorite rc I've ever bought. "thumbsup"
While I was raking leaves today (lots of time to think :ror
I was kicking around an idea for scoring if we want to keep track of it for the season. We could do points for the ladder similar to how we do it in drag racing where you get points for each round win and a few extra points for 1st and 2nd.
We can do the consolation group (loser bracket) where the winner gets points for third place. It's pretty easy and I can explain better in person.
I can't wait to do it again!! "thumbsup"
