I have used this method on a few trailers and it is pretty easy and allows for some articulation. Basically, a horizontal piece of aluminum or steel with all thread (from Home Depot) axles through the wheels connected to a vertical piece with a loose enough connection to allow movement. Nothing fancy, but simple and effective.
