They are similar but not exactly the same. Rear is a little lower which works out well.

I believe mid Feb but not 100% sure. And yes they measure 5.5" tall.

hey, have you locked the front diff yet? If not, have you thought of putting the traxxas summit t-lok diff on so you can remotely lock and unlock the front diff for different driving conditions (high speed, will handle better if it is not locked). Just a thought.

I thought about it but decided against it. Jerry (DMG) has that diff in his IFS car. I am going to just put really heavy diff fluid in it or maybe even silly putty. If I don't like it I will just buy the $12 locker made by Traxxas.
