FROADER's F-250 Supercab

I gotta say thanks for the inspiration. It picked this up yesterday and will be staring my first "hardbody" SCX10 build. I've been building 1:1 turbo cars for years so I hope my bodywork skills (although not that great) will transfer to styrene. I quess we'll see. If you don't mind I'll may ask a few questions here and there. Thanks again for some sweet ideas.

Ask away, although any bodywork questions would be better answered by pantablo (did the bodywork) or anyone else that knows what they're doing. I don't... :D

Anything else I should be able to help with. Good luck with your build! "thumbsup"

that is one nice looking rig there. i just started cutting mine up to make an extended cab like that. i will start a build thread once i get a camera worth using. lol thanks for the insperation

Small update:

I got some "rubber" mirrors from kuatto to replace the stocks that have been broken off since this truck's maiden voyage. I glued the "glass" from the stockers to kuatto's which should hold just fine. These things are perfect.

The testing will be done at Corona Del Mar tomorrow.

Truck looks great. I picked up a body that was on an rc truck from target today that should work for the f350 build that I'm gonna do this summer, should require a little less body work. Do you know of any places that have the light covers and bumper and grille trees in stock?

Thanks guys. kalani, that batt. placement really helped out a lot.

It may be getting some changes soon. I still have to decide if I want to or not.

That truck looks awesome great job love the lights And front bumper

Thanks guys.

I haven't touched any of my off-road RCs for a few months now. I got my first on-road (tt-01 drifter) and am in the process of building that.

Well the time has come to get back to work on this thing. I still haven't really touched any of my rigs for a while and I need to get back into it. I finally decided that I want to take it to the next level and make a truggy using this body, so I did some photoshop work last night.

These are a few of my ideas so far. I'm not sure if I want a full exo...
