First Gen Toyota SCX-10

Looks great. How did you wire the head and tail lights?

I bought a pack of single red led's with three different types of resistors and same with the blue. Think there is 10 per pack. Then I took the highest power resistor and ran that to the positive post on the led. Did this with every led. Then I got some really small gauge wire and ran all the lights to a 9v battery mounted on the inside front of the bed. Then for the positive wire I made a quick disconnect so I can plug them in whenever I want. Heres some pictures of the wiring.

Did you ever make a bumper like on the pic?

No I haven't had time to yet sadly. I've been working on my actual toyota and getting it ready for snow season thus year. I will make bumpers for this probably around the same time i make the bumpers for my actual truck haha!

Did some custom work for my buddy today. Bobbed and doved bed. Looks awesome. All thats left for me to do is build a floor for it and cut holes for the body mounts!
The tailgate on the bed measures out to about three inches barely wider than the frame rails haha.

What do you guys think? Hopefully get some pictures of all our wheelers this weekend for you guys too check out!

Thats sweet. So are you doing the front now?

I think the rear is just getting doved for now. Front might get one later on but for now the bed is all. Once we get the floor put in it im wiring him in some head and tail lights and we are going to take them wheeling!
