A little bit more trophy truck a time.

Nice build. I'm wondering if something similar isn't possible with the Yeti XL.

"thumbsup""thumbsup" now that the wheelbase is short did it fact the handling or anything

I am anxiously waiting to find out. I have my ran it since I start this build, but I will definitely make a video of its first test run once build is conplete.

shorter wheelbase would make it handle quicker, some might say twitchy, and be less stable at speed i would think.
hurry up with the video  can't wait to see how it handles.
thanks for doing this build, btw.

Only get to finish windows and exhaust cut out tonight now my fingers are soared but it is width it. Just look at that view.

Right on bro! Where did you pick up those Red Bull decals??

I haven't run a Yeti or the XL but if you plan to drive it like a SCT which I think you probably will! Secure those rear shocks towers as strong as possible and beef up that rear end internals and housing along with the suspension trailing arms.

I have been messing with the HPI MTDT Stewart Ivan edition yet to run it and I'm sort of in your boat as well. I don't like the Indy rear so may swap in an scx10 rear solid axle locked. I just ordered up a set of rear black aluminum or delrin arms coming in. Rear shocks are quad setup 2 Traxxas anodized aluminum big bores internally limited with two rear stock off a Blitz. Front shocks are Gmade XO 75's also big bore aluminum bodied and caps.

Power plant is a Castle SV3/3800kv 1410 2s only...3s expect premature wear all over! And parts are near impossible to find on this discontinued rig!

Nice job so far. :) Nice use of the slash bumper. Have to say I'm surprised Axial didn't bring a trophy truck conversion/version out given they are now partnered with SCORE.

Yeah, I'm surprised no one has come out with a solid rear axle Trophy Truck as a kit. I'd certainly buy one.

The wife was out with her friends so got a few hours to focus on the yeti's rear end. And this the result!
