Do not ever ever buy a redcat product unless you like paper weights

Rich ???? I'm no where near rich I just got some extra cash to burn. You must be extremely poor to think that a $135,000 year job is rich where I live I'm poor no where near rich.[/QUOTE]

I never said you was rich, and yes, you did say you were poor yourself.

I also never said nor implied that you didn't take care off or put your kids first, just implied that some of that money blowed on junk rcs could be put to better use.

If you can't comprehend yourself what you have posted in your replys, apparently education stopped at 9 yrs of age, and not 9 yrs of schooling.

My last comment.......you say your not rich, but that you're poor, it cost alot to live where you are, you have a wife and 4 kids........that's 6 mouths to feed, cloth, and keep dry and healthy..........yet you have blowed on average, almost $700 a month in the past 7 months on the junk for a hobby.

Wait, I got it now, you did say you only had a 9th grade education................

Seems to me you oughta think more about those 4 lil mouths you have to feed and their future.........like a couple hundred bucks a month a piece in a trust fund or something for their education.

I hate FukTaRdS that brag about how much they make and in the same breath claim they're broke.

You can't hide money when you throw up in the air just so you can run around in it like it was rain when you were a kid on a sunny summer day.

Just my $0.02.

Wow. Not defending V (or redcats), but I dont think 4500 worth of redcats is any worse than someone spending that amount to restore/build a vw bug.

I have learned when using this forum that there are many different walks of life. Reality for all of us is different. Opinions are always different and even age dependent. You have to remember that this forum is filled with young and old. Not everyone is the same age.

Im guessing you dont have children. When you have children, hobbys to keep you sane become more important. I dont total how much I spend on this hobby for that reason. As long as its lower than a 1:1 crawler I wouldnt critique anyones spending on this hobby.

If you are unhappy with your current fiancial situation, there are many positions available in the oil and gas industry that will get you where you want to be. If you are unhappy with your current financial situation, you should take a look inside yourself to figure out a better strategy. If you are unhappy with your current financial situation, dont go onto a hobby forum and lecture anyone about how they spend their money.

Really......I don't have a vw that I've spent anywhere near $4500 on. Actually have 2 vw powered rigs that I have way less than $4500 in both combined.

And yes, I have a 16 year old son that does not have to want for nothing. And I have never said nor implied that I was unhappy finacially. And while not to brag about my income because that itself is just very childish, I will say I earn ALOT less than v-cat and I am more than finacially stable and have all my family needs and more.

And besides, $4500 would buy a damn descent 1.1 yota to go 1.1 crawling with.....just saying.

Lol no shit and thanks. did not think there was reasonable people on here met a couple good guys so far and thanks again for the info.

No problem, If i know I will help, if i don't I wont comment no matter how I feel.

Thats funny cause I just came up a random goofy vehicle that some people think is neat and you happened to have 2 of them. What if I came to you and said that simply owning them was a waste of financial resource? Simply because I dont like them? If it sounds unreasonable thats cause it is.

Did you vote obama? I am hearing a distain for the oil and gas industry. I am also hearing the idea that you know how people should live their life and how they should spend their money. All the way from Tenn.

Yes 4500 would buy a sweet toyota...but maybe hes already got one. Whats he supposed to do??? Get 2 of them?;-)

Prolly should've, the return would've been alot better than what he's gonna get out that pile of redcats, or any pile of RCs of that amount, for that matter.

And never did I say how he should live directly, just simply made suggestions of what id do with X amount of money a month if I had it to blow.

Each to their own, that what makes the world go round.

Now I'm no physisist but I do not think that is what makes the world go round...

I believe it has to do with Newton's laws of motion combined with the sun's gravitational pull... and maybe our liquid core.

First law: When viewed in an inertial reference frame, an object either remains at rest or continues to move at a constant velocity, unless acted upon by an external force.

Second law: F = ma. The vector sum of the forces F on an object is equal to the mass m of that object multiplied by the acceleration vector a of the object.

Third law: When one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction on the first body.

Yes I finally agree with fatboy as this is a pile of garbage redcat but hey I learnt from my mistakes as they were rookie mistakes and been learning fast. And yeah I got my extra ride wife has what she wants so I always wanted this as a hobby so I went and got it just bad start.

By Jove, I think you've got it! Good show, Watson!

Nor am I, but I do know that if a bullfrog had wings, he wouldn't bump his ass when he hopped either.

Just ordered two of these and man what a deal for how strong these are wonder how long they would last

I use one on my mini (super-mini!) crawler and it works pretty good... although, I don't run it as much as my scalers.

Kepler's Laws are what describe the motion of the objects in our solar system.
