ok so you have seen how many different bungy how to
this one is different no hair ties
what you need is
needle nose pliers
paper clips
scissors
side cutters
and last a piece of inner tube I find mountain bike tube are best
019_3.jpg

first cut the inner tube in sections then split the sections to get one flat piece
032.jpg

this is very hard to explain but here we are going to try you need to cut dog bone shaped pieces out of the rubber
I am going to draw this out on paper so you get the idea
first one size
0119.jpg

cut out of inner tube

then the next inside that sort of smaller
0120.jpg

cut from inner tube

then the next inside that smaller
0121.jpg

cut from inner tube

then the next inside that smaller

I had room for one more just did not draw it on the paper

now you have 5 different size dog bones
and a rubber leftover piece that looks like this
a52c2beb-b509-4524-a02c-e3a5683fb424.jpg

now take a paper clip and straighten it out
020_1.jpg

next make a loop in one end
021_1.jpg

make a loop the other way to make an s hook
023.jpg

cut the s loose
20151218_014531_1.jpg

make a bunch of these
025.jpg

more to do

I forgot you need a small drill bit
using the small bit drill a hole in both ends of the dog bones I only show this one time it is clear as I can make it
027.jpg

now after every hole is drilled slide an s hook into the hole
20151219_123123.jpg

now one in the other end
20151219_123259.jpg

there you have it one rubber bungy cord now after you have a hook in every hole you have this sort of thing

hope this was a help
just a side note on the tube do not try wheel chair tubes way to light and they tear fairly easy
