Diamond's Superjuice Berg Build

Have you run the radio yet? I am a bit surprised to see you switch so close to Nats. Maybe its just me but I think I would rather change my entire car than my radio. I think it takes me a good 6mths to get used to new one.

I've run others in the past and its def gonna take some getting used to. But I think I'll be able to pick it up fairly quick I hope. Its gotta be alot different thought to get used to a stick radio.

It was hard for me to switch from my Nomadio Sensor I used on my super too Dave. But after you run that 4pk for a couple months you will forget ALLLLLLL about Nomadio. Its definitely the cadillac of radios IMO and it wont take long for you to feel right at home with it I'm sure.

The stick was/is a serious learning curve, longer than any other radio I switched from but, when I switched to the 4pk, it was pretty tough too. I had a really hard time getting used to the dig being on the grip. I think the 4pk took me about 5 months before I really got used to it.

Not alot to update on my super but I did get these new stumpy motors from EddieO hot off of his workbench. Excited to see how these will do especially in the super. These are the new SISU motors.

Are the previous motors finding a new home?

I am going to try them out in the pro. Not sure if I am going to loose my wheel speed though. I imagine to some degree. I'm running 30t in the pro right now. But if I don't like the 45t I'm sure Eddie will be able to drop in some other arms.

Well I had a great time at nats even though my driving didn't exactly reflect it. I saw Erik's post about his series trophy that he got for running the west coast qualifier series. I'm also not one to post up or brag about winning or anything like that. But I am very proud to have this trophy under my belt.
And I would like to throw out a huge thanks to the guys that put together these trophy's Joel (Skaldidog) Jake (Del Monte) Team Debead and Matt from Ottsix tires. You guys threw out alot of work and your dedication to the sport is not un-noticed. Awesome job. "thumbsup"
