Diamond's Superjuice Berg Build

Had its first comp this past weekend. Managed to pull out a win with it. I would still like to change the bias on it though. I think the chassis is to far forward for my liking. Also need to clearance the chubs for more steering and get some skins on it eventually. Anyways here are a few pics that Cboggs took. "thumbsup"

Good to hear, that it's on the move! Does the picture lie, or is it more narrow in the front axle, than in the rear?

Todd gets the credit for those pics since we were running, good to have him grab my camera! Super looked nice Dave and good driving, I got a lot to learn."thumbsup"

Ok. How about the tires, how tall are they? 7,75"? Or even taller?

Some measure their tires off of the rig. I measure mine mounted up and sitting on the rig with the weight of the rig. So it kind of depends on your foams you run but mine measure in at about 7.5" from the ground up.

Ok, thanks for the info. "thumbsup"

Crawlers Look-in good Dave . Congrats on the win at Cle-Elum. Look's like a awesome spot sorry I missed it.

See you guys at the next one. Just finished programing a new 4PKr since the other one had an on going issue of crapping out half way thru the day

Got these beauties in the mail earlier this week from JeepinDoug. Very nice pieces. Been waiting a while for these to come out. Now just need to install them.

Back from the Arizona Summer Shootout. Had a rough day with my super. I ended up snapping the tang off of my super 300 HD. This was on my second course where there was a bit of a drop off and I tried to land it on the throttle a little bit and it just snapped clean off. And at the same time I must have jarred my esc or something and the front esc was glitching pretty bad. I've been running the holmes BRSL esc's for a long time now and its probably time for another pair. I also found out that the 300 HD's that are in the super are more or less prototype shafts and they were not heat treated the same as the production run of 300 HD's. So they are too soft. The rear long side shaft is also twisted pretty bad. Its a shame but I may try to tig weld up the shafts and machine some new tangs and send them out for heat treating after. Hoping it all works out.

Also wondering if any other super drivers are running Holmes BR mini esc's in their supers? Not sure if they will be able to handle the load as well as say a pro rig. What are your all thoughts?
