colorado springs weekly comps/trail runs?

The crawl space is throwing an adventure completion this weekend. Let's show up in full force and support this event. Alrighty gang, thank you all for your while we get the new shop up and run and at normal chaos mode "thumbsup"







Get those rigs ready the next Scale Adventure is coming up so mark your calendars, Sunday, August 10th. Location: Coal Creek comp site!
Some members are planning to attend this event. If you would like to go. Please let me know so we can work out driving arrangements. For those club members that do not wish to go. We have a Sunday crawl planned at garden of the gods.
 
Oh ok I thought no one was goin thats cool. Just figured I'd see since they are pretty fun. Not being that guy who likes to start things was just asking.

Good time scalin' with a good group of folks. It was nice to meet quite a few new faces since the last time we've been crawlin'. Thanks to George for letting Gavin use his spare battery - he was able to enjoy the whole trail run. If I'd known that I could use a 2-cell I would have brought my 5000 mah Slash batteries... :roll: I'm always learning something new!

It's TA01/02 chassis, 4-wheel independent suspension.

The CC01's have independent front suspension with a solid axle rear.

With some good shocks, I might actually get it to work fairly well. Have to lock the diffs to.

This is a older Tamiya kit, I've had it for probably 15 years.

Careful if you break anything. Had to order a chassis tub and a couple parts trees from China last time I had to make repairs on my TA02 Hummer.
