by8usyra.jpg
Soco rc crawlers " Tour of the springs" continues this week in Colorado Springs famous Palmer park. We will be crawling on the north west side of the park at the Mesa trail head. Nic named "Yucca Flats". Dropped Pin
near Palmer Park, 3650, Maizeland,Colarado Springs, CO 80909
http://goo.gl/maps/Vvq88 This weeks crawl will be hosted by the "719 scalers" and the trail boss will be "Crawlerado" so come join us Sunday at 10 o'clock for another day of fun under the sun. This is a family crawl and all are welcome members or not.

So this is parking area P16 correct?

No, the crawl this morning is not at P16. As you head up Paseo Rd coming in off Mazeland, follow it all the way up to the turn off (right) to Lazyland (large sign). A hundred yards or so down that dirt road will bring you to another juncture ... there is another sign showing Lazyland to the right and UTE something straight ahead ... do NOT turn right to Lazyland, continue straight to Ute something, take it till it deadends (maybe another hundred yards or so). 8)

After the run today I have decided the Pit Bull 1.9" Growlers are just WAY too big for my rig...they are coming off even before I truly test them! Ashame, I was really looking forward to these tires. I'm sure I'll find something I like but these were so awesome looking, I just had to try.

Oh well, back to square one...maybe I'll go back to my ripsaws, they just work! A little small, but they just work.
