Yes Donnie I agree. We should set monthly meetings that we do nothing but talk about club activities. But it's hard getting everyone on the same page on the same day in the same place other than our weekly crawls. We will try better in the future to accommodate everyone in the club when we officially start taking memberships for the founding members. Not sure what you need to throw out on the table and clear up but it seems like you have everyone's attention on the forum if you would like to get something off your chest. As for anyone wanting to know about our communications with norco, can check out their forum thread or our Facebook page on the matter. I have been starting a club relationship with the president of norco and we have been working on uniting the two clubs towards a common goal. Soco will throw a BBQ event in April and have our brothers down for a small meeting and some SOCO hospitality. ( already set with Norco, date pending) Hopefully the snow stops and we can get a Sunday crawl in so I can update everyone on the club progress. All we are waiting on now is the mail. Just got done dropping 400 bucks of my own money to buy all the shirts/hoodies and stickers so we can be proud of what we all have done as a team.

GO BRONCO'S....!!!!!!

Things just to help run things smoothly and fairly, and all the membership stuff so everyone knows all the details. But as soon as i can get an extra $20 ill pay for the membership, but recent losing a job and starting a new one put things in a bind money wise.

No worries brudha. Your girl has a free membership for her work on the logos. Unfortunately we can only afford to give her a shirt and a couple stickers for her rig when you get it finished ( much appreciated ). We all have been between jobs before and know what it feels like, so no pressure. You still have a founders shirt in the club. Guys please trust me when I make decisions for the club. All decisions are made with every member in mind. Until Dan and pinky can make it back from Florida to help me, i am pretty much implementing the mission direction we had for the club, and trying to do it on my own. So keeping life in perspective, this is a second job for me with no monetary dividends. But more important good friends enjoying the same Kik ass hobby I do. The link that norco has started is a smart move to unite all colorado rc clubs under one tag. So when you google colorado rc clubs. Boom there everyone is. So I'm gonna donate 20 bucks of my own cash in the clubs name to help get the bulletin board going for that website.

Donated to em a few days ago. Brian is a awesome guy and great guy to do business with. He has always been super helpful and will to help out with anything I need.

Sent from my Galaxy far far away.

Couple things going on behind the scenes. Just not enough set in stone to even talk about yet. But if everyone pitches in and helps out. We will be one hell of a club by the end of this season.

Thanks for all your hard work Tony, keeping the club idea alive and going in the right direction while we have been gone. So everyone knows, I am aiming at getting back to CO either around the 1st of March or around the 15th. I should know for sure this week when I get our taxes completed. My wife and kids will follow as soon as school gets out in June.

I'm really looking forward to helping make Soco RC Crawlers a huge sucess in 2014 "thumbsup"

See Y'all soon!

A few goodies came in the mail Saturday, CC BEC and a Trinity 35t motor. Although for now the stock steering servo is still hanging in there, I need the CC BEC to run 3s with the the stock Axial ESC ( otherwise it glitches ).

For anyone wanting a little wider stance for stability without using some kind of "spacer"......These are the Proline clamp on aluminum hexes I run ( part # 6097-00 ), they are for the front of a Traxxas Slash 2wd and are twice as wide as the stock Axial ones. They help to give a slightly wider stance, while still leaving just enough threads on the axle for the locknut. It's not a huge difference in width when all said and done, but it does actually help, especially if you are still running 1.9's.

I ran 3s on stock esc and servo and never had an issue with it glitching

Yeah, i tried it when i bought the 3s packs, but with the stock esc, the motor kept cutting out on it. It's a common problem from what I hear with the Axial AE2. Maybe the newer models dont have issues, mine is a couple years old now.
