colorado springs weekly comps/trail runs?

I'm programming my esc and was wondering what does one normally on a scaler for things like drag break, max break ect? On my go-fast cars I normally go on the low side if any at all ... on my crawler I go MAX; seems like a scaler would be somewhere in between? 8)

AE-2, Integy 35t, 87/20 set at 80% Mostly stock Ridgecrest so is on light side

I picked up a crawler. (Thanks Arcane!)
I'd like to test it out before stripping it for parts for my next build. If anybody wants to hit palmer park today, I'm charging batteries and then I'm ready to head out.

Agreed. I would trust my hand at it first.

LOL Not sure quoting yourself is proper but any how. I must say I went down to Hobby town today and pick some driveshaft retaining pins, (they were out )but the gal that helped me put in the extra effort to make sure to order exactly what I needed, then she also searched through all the sale records for a servo I bought there back in January (was only 10 they had sold this year, but still) so I could have a receipt to send in with my servo for a warranty issue. Was likely the best experience I have had in there.

but I think I'll hold off on my wraiths cms kit for now. But all I got left is the motor and esc and maybe steel transmission gears so the 412 doesn't chew up the plastic ones! She's getting there! May even give er a nice paint job! Hummmmmm

Looks good. If you roll some positive caster in there your tie-rod will be a bit higher off the ground. Throw the Alignment heads on there and get some readings! 8)

Yeh I thought I didn't have a tire wrench with me in class last night so it was a bit tough to swap out links. But I found out when I was leaving I did have one in my rc backpack XP so I'll fix it tonight when I put the new motor and esc in!

Yup, "Sam" is the best!

Thanks for meeting me at Palmer this afternoon David and giving me some badly needed tips. Got the battery moved up front and now will work on adding some weight to the wheels. Will text you tomorrow afternoon around 3:00.

It's too bad I missed you guys, I got a text from David that you guys were leaving right as I was packing back up in Palmer Park myself.
