colorado springs weekly comps/trail runs?

I had a blast as well. I told you that thing is awesome. Anyone i talk to says they want one or have one and will never let it go. I was reading up on your crawler build and you mentioned the sep. I was a tanker as well. I was actually thinking of trying to do a humvee build. But could never get to what you have built so far. That idependant suspension up front is sick!

Good times guys. No problem on the scx10 loaner. You can drive it anytime. More pics to come.... This is just a crappy iPhone one. Once my girl uploads the others, I'll post em. Let's do it again next weekend. A few more Sundays, a few more drivers, and we can run a G6.

Some bulldog winching...

Im all for it. Hopefully a few friends of mine will get into it. It would be really nice for them to get the rigs and have something to do other than running them in the back yard. Its sad when a newb gets a rig and gets bored because they dont know anyone else, or what theirs can actually be cappable of. Hopefully more people show up and we can get something going. Ill be there every sunday and maybe even saturdays as well to run mine.
The winching was awesome. That was the first time i actually had to use it. Now you gotta get one!

Ill probably be there myself. But then again i might have to run on saturday since this sunday is mothers day. So unless i can make me going to the park to play with toys sound like a gift im limited to saturday. lol

count me in. just gotta weight and mount my new 2.2's and trim my body a little. gonna see if i can waterproof everything tomorrow morning. i dont know how long its gonna take. but ill try to get it done in time none the less. either way ill be there as well.

its always a blast man. we gotta get more people to make the run with us. 2-3 is always fun. but having a mess load of trucks running around is a blast!. lol. oh yeah. im making some changes on the chassis and placement of some things. maybe another battery mounted on the tail end? not too sure yet. ill see how it runs on the next meetup.

I have the rear axle on my hummer hooked up and working. Unfortunately the 380 motor gets wicked hot after 30 sec of run!!!! I'm going to have to make some sort of adapter to run the summit trans from a 540 motor. Then I'll put it all back together and come play too... or If I happen to find $250 laying around then I'll just pick up a dingo kit.

figured it all out. got everyhting re-routed and sitting perty. so far i got the 5000mah battery in the same position and put a 3000 mah battery in the back on the chassis. its heavy. but the cog is low and its crawling really nice now!. just gotta get another lower turn motor now to handle the weight and bigger tires.

I pulled it from a generic kits toy then spruced it up with some styrene work and paint. I also hacked it up a bit. It use to be the slant back but I wanted more of a bed type.
