I get that, there’s lots of things that are nice to have but not completely necessary. I have this stupid personality defect that forces me to get the best stuff even if I’m not the best. It’s only money right?

well you picked a good hobby to go down the rabbit hole ... Iol you are not the only one with that kind of personality but I got too many trucks and projects still pending and many other hobbies that shake my wallet let alone a wife and kids. .

Same here, at least in some cases. This is why my girlfriend calls me "bougie!"
