I swapped out Melons cut n shut TSL's for used 1.9 IROK's...
I want to get used to a 1.9 before the RC4WD gtg.

Melon's finally broke a MIP Universal... they were really wallowed out... giving me more steering! ;-)

I also tried to remove the new wheels/tire combo and one is stuck on!
I guess Melons will be running this combo for a while. :roll:

Well, I had to forfeit my 1st place standing... the wife forced me to an out of town wedding.

I still love these old Mayhem wheels w/MTHead rings... the cut n shuts got taller with the narrow wheel.

Melons did pretty good at the TTC, she tied for 2nd in the Class 2 standings... which combined with my first place win in Class 3, won me the overall TTC title! "thumbsup"

I ran Melons with the 1.9 IROK's at the NWITTC... they are pretty damn good tires but I sold them for $20 after the comp.
Yesterday I ordered the new ProLine TSL's. "thumbsup"

We did ok in the comp but didn't place... the compatition was tough!
I honestly thought we did place but was edged out by a few people that had better runs.

I am a little worried they actually are not in stock and the website was not updated to reflect that...

so I could save on shipping... they had torn sidewalls and I paid $20 for them so I sold them for $20.

Just finished mounting the new 1.9 TSL's... they are almost as beefy as my Cut N Shuts!

Melons got some love this week in preparation for the RC4WD East Coast Scale Challenge.

New front cvd's with Gunnar pins and New rear axles.
I also vented the new Proline TSL's.

soooooo, I was reading the Class 2 rules and found one that makes Melons illegal. :shock:

[FONT=&quot]• A front bumper is required and must be mounted to the vehicle's rail chassis and must be wider than the outside of the chassis rails (chassis cross rails do not count as bumpers).[/FONT]
