The fact of the matter is the Canadian healthcare system is much better than ours and I don't see a problem with not only accepting that but then saying "and we should use it."

Obama is not trying to take your firearms. He might be trying to make it so that it is harder for the criminals to get their hands on guns, but for a normal law-abiding citizen you will still be allowed to purchase firearms.

He has voted yes on every things that has passed in front of him on banning of many of the firearms us outdoors man use. Most of the Semi Auto firearms that are listed in the bans he voted yes on are very common and popular firearms used by outdoorsman such as myself.

The Dems are proposing a 500% increase on tarrif tax on all amunition. That means a box of .22 caliber Long rifle shells will be 500% more expensive then they are now. Oh but then again Google is your friend. Freaking use it.

The Dems are always looking for ways to lock down our public lands to anyone other then people on foot. They have always lobbied hard against any type of motorized recreation. They are already planning a hige land grab that would shut down even more land to the motorized recreationalists. But then I suppose you will agree that nothing with a motor and a set of tires should be allowed on anything but a paved highway. If so then you better sell off your RC crawler.

I enjoy many forms of outdoor recreation, and I will be right there next to you fighting if anyone starts trying to take all of the areas we use for that recreation.

I disagree with partial birth abortion. In fact I think abortion should illegal after the second trimester, unless there is a question of the woman's health. If it takes you nine months to decide not to have a child, too late.

I partially agree - I'm sixteen but if I get someone pregnant you're damn right her parents are going to know about it. Of course I will never allow myself to get anyone pregnant, but if a sixteen year old is dumb enough to get pregnant anyway then they need an adult to be able to make an informed decision as to what to do with the pregnancy. That's my opinion.

How does raising the price of munitions and making it harder to legally own a gun keep criminals from buying them. I can drive across town right now a buy a few throw aways for less than $100. Alright, here we go. First, why do you continue to call a raise in taxes a redistribution of wealth? We've had taxes for a long ass time, and yet this is the first time I've heard a raising of those already established taxes as "socialism". Unless you can come up with some facts that show that Obama literally plans to throw all of your posessions into one communal pot, then I'm done with the socialist argument.

I have no problems with gun control laws. If you look at the last eight years many tragedies could have been avoided if there were stricter gun laws put into place, such as the numerous school shootings. I don't know about you, but if my child was killed by some emo kid with a rifle it would make it damn hard to pick up a gun for the rest of my life. If I have to spend a few more bucks or wait a few more days to pick up a gun from the store to keep guns out of the hands of unstable people, so be it.

Bill Ayers was a man who made a very stupid decision - when Barack Obama was eight. He payed for his mistakes, and by the time Obama had "associated" with him, he had not only moved on from his wrong doings but had been awarded the Chicago "Citizen of the Year" Award for his work in education.

How about his views on taking my 401K (yes, the money that I have earned and that my employer has matched and that we have BOTH paid taxes on) and telling me that I do not know what should be done with it? That sure as hell sounds like a socialist policy to me!

My above statement is not something that you can or will read about in a text book...it is also something that I did NOT care about when in school, but NOW it affects my life and my family in a SEVERE manner. If this policy is enacted, I will NOT be able to retire and survive (I am not counting on the money that I pay into Social Security to be available to me when that time comes).

No, disappearing SS funds is based on the premise of how the system was put in place when it was first started (as part of the New Deal from FDR). People were not given retirement funds based on what they contributed, rather what their grandchildren contributed.

I have seen multiple news articles that stated that the Democrats were entertaining the fact of government controlled 401Ks....all to save tax money. I am not saying that this is an idea of the President Elect, but that his party is "entertaining" this idea.
