Just sharing my new project.
Have some Resin G class on my workshop and plan to have something different.
Start with some web reference, and do some cut, glue, putty etc

Wow that incredibly rare body is worth $300-$400 to the right buyer. I hope this build does it justice. It breaks my heart to see it all cut up

They are so rare that there's one on ebay right now for $450.

I am glad to see someone take on that build. My G55 body went under the Dremel a couple weeks ago to build a G500 truck. I have a bunch of pics so I guess I need to start a thread also. I am about 75% done with mine. Good luck with your build.

Nice, rgberrish or whatever built a really cool 6x6 as well out of this body. I'd do the same thing if i had one, i remember back in the day seeing them on the shelves. I shoulda bought every single one in the country.

Yes, I do replica using Resin Fiber Cast to save my investment on this Rare body before I do some modification...."thumbsup"

This is coming together nicely. I wonder how heavy will the body be being made out of resin? Are you planning on doing an interior?
