Blast From the Past, Ascender longer driveshafts?

Figured GD would be a better place to post this than the dead Vaterra Ascender area.

A couple years ago I started a built with a 3D printed body. Had an Ascender chassis laying around so I figured Id use that. Got new link machined this morning and found the rear driveshaft is less than 0.020" too short to go together and transfer power.


Are there any solutions for longer driveshafts for the Ascender or do I need to make my own?

Pick up some driveshaft adapters and use any driveshaft for a 5mm output.

Hmm, I might be able to whip up a couple of those once I pull an axle apart.
