it's the apitomy of afirmitive action, perpetuated by liberals who want nothing more than to destroy our gov't and our standard of life. The same people who constantly reward those who do not pull their own weight with gov't hand out programs and who constantly impead the ability of the police and court systems to proscecute violent criminals. The same people who want to reward hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens w/ a gov't run health care system, because apparently giving them social security benefits, welfare benefits and federal medical assistance isn't doing enough for these outstanding 'citizens'.
