I'm not liking the c3 setup. Alot of us plan every year for this event and spend a ridiculous amount of money to get there, buy tickets, pay for lodging and if you aren't doing good on the first course, then you're done. But what if those bottom 5 would destory the other competitors on the other courses. Just seems like we're getting the short end of the stick after spending $45 on said class.

Yea I'm with you on this statement and I'm sure many more feel the same way. All we can do at this point is voice our opinion and hope for change.

I just checked the app this morning and it is showing C2 tickets are still available...

Class 0

all class o trucks must follow the class 1 s.o.r.r.c.a guidelines with the addition of:

*

1.*hardbodies only no lexan

2.*at least 1 opening function on the vehicle (opening hood, doors, or tail gate) if the hood opens you must have a motor cover or scale engine

3.*interior must have full complete floorpans, dashboards and steering wheel and seats

4.*scale drivers must be scale in appearance and fully clothed with all appendages (legs, arms, hands, feet)

5.*the vehicle must have complete tire tuck under the body, visible sidewall bulge is allowed

6.*max tire size is 4.19 tires must be a branded 1:1 tire no tire cutting allowed

7.*scale winches are allowed (no servo winches)

8.*no visible wires, electric motor or servos these items must be hidden from view from the top, sides, front and back

9.*all vehicles must have a transfercase and forward mounted motor

Is the scx2 transmission assembly being counted as forward mount/tcase? Figured front motor would require the motor to be over the front axle.

Is there a drivers list to see and is there a food truck like there was in 2014? That food truck was insane:mrgreen:
