Below is the Schedule...and as you can see its going to be a busy weekend. Transition between Classes is going to be where we need the biggest help. Please step up and see myself, John P, Bobby or Chad on something you can do to make it go smoother...as simple as moving banners or flagging courses.

I'm going to send some messages out to some of you. It looks like Eventbrite has categorized some of your orders as "Abandoned". Trying to figure out what that means. I want to make sure we are clean coming into next weekend.

This is the basic setup for judges.

There are some of you that volunteered but aren't on the list, you will be back-ups/relief as needed. I definitely appreciate those that have stepped up to help!

Please look this over and let me know if it works for you and what time you plan on arriving to Rose Point.

We really will need all the judges that are going to be judging class 1 and class 3 to be at a meeting Thursday night.

If you have a Facebook please let me know there. It will be easier to keep track of that way.

Very nice Bobby. Looks like we have some good coverage of all the courses.
