Creeping closer and closer everyone! Anyone planning on getting into town before Thursday? I know that John sure could use all the help he can get with the setup! I am trying to rearrange to get there mid day on Wednesday.

My class 2 and 3 trucks are the same as last year, just more beat up. Class 1...not sure yet. if I have time i'll finish the details on the Toyota and run it. if not i'll be running the scout again.
I did however make some changes to my buddy's Charger. Swapped the ESC to a Tekin FXR and waterproofed it, threw in some lights and a quick touch up on the paint.

Guys,
I just went over the list of Judges with Bobby and am a little disappointed. It seems that we only have 6 judges. This is going to force the one's that raised their hand to judge all weekend long.
That's not fair to them...not to mention the event.
Please reach out if you can help judge, even for one event...I don't want anyone to come to this event and have to judge all three classes all day.
So what do you say???

I am tearing the TJ down for some fresh paint at the moment. Nothing like taking everything apart a couple weeks before the event just to make it look pretty lol

I have started packing up spare parts and organizing hardware for the trip. That an making some scale bungees for the first time ever. Getting my craft skills on lol!

I think I have enough spare parts to build about 3 more trucks. Never know when someone is going to need that little bit of plastic to keep their weekend running strong lol! Is it bad there are 2 chassis with skids in there too lol

Haha I just bring a couple of extra trucks if something breaks I steal parts from them. Kind of like my own scale junkyard.

Yeah, I think that is the way my parts stash started LOL! Complete trucks went to a couple events...next thing you know, they look like they were parked on the street in the wrong part of town overnight lol
