2014 RC4WD East Coast Scale Challenge (August 22-24)

Class 1, 2 & 3 courses all laid out and temporarily marked with ribbon.

Jesterspec found a yellow jacket nest to the tune of 6-7 bites, under his shirt and pant leg. (hehe) He scraped his shoulder & elbow diving out of bee danger. He's fine, just a little sore & angry, yellow jackets hurt just enough to really piss you off don't ya know.

Courses need fine tuned a bit but a majority of the work is done. Thanks to Goldwing & old man 52 for all the help. The courses look to be a lot fun & very "challenging"!

Stay tuned for some updated pic's next week,... same Bat Time, same Bat Channel. "thumbsup"

Yep, I managed to get enough balls to go back and rope off the area and told the Girl at the house about the treat I got.

Glad no one else was around when I did my dive for safety, but in mid air I knew I probably shouldn't have done that because I was going to land a nice size bed of rocks.

I'll live... and if you ask bob, he'll tell ya that I shouln't have been where I was anyway.

BTW then new nest was about 20 feet from the old one.

Not a big fan of mud, but If pressured enough I'll jump in...LOL

After my second good trail day on this rig I decided to make a big change to the body. I shaved the fenders down for some extra clearance for the wheels and the rocks. While I had it all apart I took the opportunity to throw some paint down as well. Here we come ECSC..woot woot

OK, I'm all set for C2 competition. Got the day off Sat and I work early Fri, so I can come down and hang out for a while.

BTW, I will have a Wraith rolling chassis up sale if it doesn't go beforehand. Has Vanquish links and some STRC parts in it. Pm me for price if interested. I'll bring it with me on Fri and Sat. Will also come with a CKRC/MadSkinz carry case.
