On to the next dumb newbie question of the night..... The rules say you need to have the frame including bumpers be 3 inches longer than the wheelbase. Does this include the stinger on the bumper?

Stingers are not included in the overall measurements. Along with shackle(d ring) mounts.

Well we have all the rigs here...... But just not finished yet. ;-) the class 1 and class 2 projects arrived last week. Only about 45 days to get it done......"thumbsup"
