2014 RC4WD East Coast Scale Challenge (August 22-24)

Had a great meeting with Jesterspec and GDB last night...

Things are moving ahead...starting to get excited.

If you expressed interest in judging, you will be getting an email from jesterspec (John) for more details.

As most of you know, Judges are a vital part to the success of any event.

We need experienced and dedicated people to judge. We are changing using only one judge instead of two...so it makes it even more important that we have experienced personnel.

If you are interested in judging...please reach out to Jesterspec ASAP.

Currently we are about 6 short on the event at this point. If there is any chance of opening up some additional spots...we need to have more judges on the board.

IS IT AUGUST YET!!!!!

One judge makes me nervous, I've only judged tech but I'll give it my best shot

it can be a long day watching lil trucks go zoom...:mrgreen:but I loved it last year and this year will not disappoint.
gonna be an outstanding time for all involved"thumbsup"

I'll gladly judge again. And I think 1 judge is easier per truck. I know a few other Gurus that'll help judge as well.

The most recent pics of my rigs.

If you've never judged before, it's a great oppurtunity to watch other drivers and learn lines and techniques for winching, self correcting roll overs, ect. It also gives you a better functional understanding of the rules because you're actually seeing the points as they accumulate - plus your helping your fellow enthusiast and you get to meet folks you might never have spoken too otherwise. It's (a little) more work, but it's definately worth the extra effort.

Sorry John & ECSC crew.. I am unfortunately not going to be able to make it to PA this time 'round with how busy work has been this year. I haven't even had any time to be a vendor lately.. I'm hoping that will change soon though. I'll certainly be missing out on a great time, that's for sure.

Anyways, I have one Class1 ticket, one Class2 ticket and two Pigroast tickets.

Pm me if you can help me get these to someone that is able to go this year. Thank you.

-Rick

Ok.. Get in touch with 'rckcrwlr' and see what's involved with the transfer. I believe he has sponsorship opportunities still available as well. Then get back to me and we'll go from there. Thanks. "thumbsup"

Just wanted to let you guys know that it was passed to me earlier in the signup process that transfer was not allowed, there is somewhat of a waiting list for tickets. I was told the tickets would be refunded and passed on to the next person on the list.

My class 1 is ready. Bring on the courses 8).
