I still have a set of these axle tubes in a box of clod parts. Can't imagine building anything with them, think I'll just hang them on the wall forever.

With your 3d skills, you should use those parts on something. Don't just retire them. My old TLT toyota pick up has been in my mental space lately causing me to reminisce on older builds.
