RCBee has a TRX4 Transmission 2 Speed Question Please Help

I have a quick question About the transmission gears from a 2 speed Bronco SWB!!!

Ok so I have an empty transmission case and want to make Sure I am buying the right gears and shafts and shifter for the 2 speed Transmission let me know if this is what I need or if there are aftermarket options???? BUZZZZ.....

Here are the 3 parts:

Traxxas 8293X Gear Set, Transmission, Metal (Includes 18T, 30T Input Gears, 36T Output Gear, 2x10.3 pins (5)

Traxxas 8292 Transmission Input Output Shaft

Traxxas 8289 2-Speed Drive Hub Vehicle

Let me know if im missing something??? THANKS AND BUZZZZZ.....

5x11x4mm (10)
5x8x.5mm (3)
5x10x4mm(1)


Spacers:
5x8x0.5mm (4)

Pins:
2x9.8(5)

Gears:
18T Input gear
30T input gear
24T output gear
Drive hub
36T output gear
27T T-Case gear(3)

Shafts:
Shift dog
Input shaft
Output shaft
Shift fork
Long T-case output shaft

Slipper:
Slipper gear
Slipper plate
Slipper friction material
spring washer (4)
5x8 Metal washer (1)
Locknut

2 speed:
Shift linkage

Traxxas sells 2spd conv. Kit. Dont have part # handy, but just installed it last week!

There's a kit including the servo for 50ish bucks. I stuck one in my Sport. Simplest way.

Traxxas 8196 is the conversion kit, I am considering it myself for my sport.
Havent found anywhere how much it weighs though so Im still on the fence a bit
