The only thing I would change, and this is probably just me would be to cut the top half off of all the lugs. I hate 'new' lug tires.
Are you shaving the internal ribbing at all?
Thanks DT"thumbsup"Those look great Bill!
Excellent work Ryan "thumbsup"
As far as the lugs on the edges, i did trim them just a hair. Im sure its just personal preference. Since this was my first set of "custom" tires, i am learning as i go.I have several different requests in this area. I shaved one tire how you see them in the single tire pic several posts up and confirmed with Bill that's what he wanted...so that's what he got "thumbsup" I think depending on the wheel width and the foam setup that they would have performed very well and you probably wouldn't have had any issues with those lugs working against you. I like the idea of having those lugs on the edge to help when trying to grab vertical ledges...especially when working the steering back and forth.
I don't sand the ribbing unless the customer asks for it. It's not included in my pricing, but isn't all that much extra to have it done. It all boils down to the time involved. 8) After building so many of the pin tires since the last set of narrowed Sedonas I was reminded that these are much more of a pain to build...the carcass on these tires are SUPER THIN  As far as the ribbing goes that really depends on the customers past experience with Sedonas and whether they know if they want it or not. With the release of the closed cell inners the ribbing doensn't play as much of a role as it use to, but a lot of my customers still prefer to leave them in there.
Bill...thanks for posting the great pics with the decals too "thumbsup"
