What is your Crawler Stand? What do you use?

For my Losi MRC, I use the bottom 3" of two water bottles turned upside down; they look fine painted black inside and out, and are totally expendable (throw 'em around).

I just took a piece of plastic from the scrap ben at Tap Plastics and bent into a stand, put some rubber strips on top so it doesn't slid all over the place.

I use a 'Little Jack' adjustable lab jack stand with a piece of a mouse pad glued on the top and a 3" Lazy Suzan attached to the bottom.

Makes for a versatile tool.

Those ideas look awsome i have been removing wheels and usuing smaal books under the chassis skiplate. I seen the hudy stands which aside from shock holes look minimal compared to all of these pics

hopefully those are empty!!!! just joined, i got a nitro savage 25, and i built a stand using 2x4's sandwiched together with 1/4" plywood on each side.. its perfect.. i dont have a crawler.....yet!!! seriously thinking about getting an ax10 scorpion..

I take off the wheels when not in use. It doesn't take long, then I store the rig on two hooks by the front axle on my pegboard. If Im working on it, I disassemble it all the way, if I need to work on an axle, I remove it, I hate trying to work on it when its all attached and sitting on a stand.

2" PVC or ABS pipe cut long enough to keep wheels and suspension off the shelf. I also use the small jackstands that they sold at northern but only for projects that have no wheels

When working on it, like in this pic I use WK tires.

for storage I get them up outa the way. ;-)
