Yeti Support after its Discontinued?

I am a bit concerned. I recently had one of my front diff outdrives get chewed up and found they are no longer available. I ended up finding a kit to lock the front diff, which came with it's own outdrives, so I now have a locked front diff. But at least it is a runner again.

GPM has an alternative part https://www.asiatees.com/display?-Yeti-Parts-Hop-Ups-Upgrades&brand=Axial&model=Yeti&id=101076&pid=1

in some stores you find the axial original under Axial Exo parts

It seems to me that there is always a substitute for a part needed. Is a discontinued vehicle really a concern? I am certain some Traxxas part will fit. :lmao:

My Yeti is my favorite RC so it gets used quite a bit. It's pretty highly modified so there are very few stock parts left. It runs a fairly strong esc/motor combination so I do have some reservations though it now holds up pretty well except for the front diff.

I hate to see it discontinued, it never got a lot of love mainly because it’s a buggy and not a crawler, and to be honest it’s not even a very good buggy. That being said I’m keeping mine

I love getting the yeti out when I do. Definitely keeping it. Most times there's still parts out there for it.

I still have my yeti though I never take it out anymore. Got tired of the repairs and shelved it. I recall the steering being terrible. Wish that were better. Still, No plans to sell it.
