Which light bar is the brightest?

can i run a KC 4" LED light bar (32 led) light bar (packaging says 7.4v) on a 11.1v 3s lipo ?
Would it just be brighter at 11.1v or wouldn't burn out the LED?

What kept me off light bars are that they mostly use SMD LED's, and then just flood the light.
I prefer to have a beam of light out in front of my car, and then just a little flood

I put a 12V big cars daytime running light from "the bay" on my TRX4 super bright ,waterproof and dirty cheap.

Based on my research, that's what I chose too. It's not here yet, but I'm excited to get it. I'm going to "DIY" a light bar for my Gen7, but I wanted something off the shelf on my Bomber that I could compare it to.
