Where do you store your RC when not driving?

Flat spots are a bigger issue with closed cell foams regular foams dont hold there shape and will come back pretty quick unless you get them wet and they sit in one spot long enuff to start breaking down

this look decent, im thinking copy this idea

You could also use those adjustable metal shelves, easy to add or remove. I have mine sitting on stands, for the sake of the shock springs primarily, keeping the tires round with happy beads second.

Recently modified these 4 tier shelves (left) that had roughly 13.25" in height on each shelf. Bought some 1" thick wood dowels, and cut the ends off of each plastic post (~1.5" worth) to remount to the dowels, making the shelves have a height of 10" now. The top shelves are only 9". With my rigs and 10" of space, it should be enough to elevate the tallest rig to float the tires.

I normally I would store them in the garage, but the shelves are full of my sons junk at this time.
So I have to store them in my bedroom. Yep it's kind of crowded in here.

All except my behemoth SCX6 which gets left down stairs on the living room floor.
Because it's too heavy to lug up these stairs to my bedroom. And I drive it most every day anyway.
At least until the winter rolls in and my kids want it out of the way

In the future I'm vying for some garage storage - shelf space. Lol
But I only have 6 crawlers right now. And a super big walk in closet space with shelves galore.
It's likely they will eventually be stored in there.

But right now all my battery's have to share my bedroom stored neatly in fire safe containers in my big walk in closet.
I swear this walk in closet is bigger then my bedroom  Lol

Yes I'm a loser that lives under my sons roof.
But I pay handsomely to do so.

I've got mine stored all over my hobby room. Some of my buggies are above my workbench. Some rigs are stored on a shelf below one of my scale garages.

Earlier this year I threw together some scrap 2x4's and created a stand to hold 9 rigs as seen in the last pic.

I have recently rearranged and add new shelving. I'll get updated pics and share later.

Most of mine are down in my man cave. I have a couple TRX4Ms in my locker at work to use on the course there too.

I don't use the dart board that often so I'm contemplating taking it down and putting some shelves on that wall to get those rigs up off the floor. We'll see??

I already had a pegboard wall around my workbench from when this was my workshop. I have since built a large shop and my wife now parks in the attached garage. I turned my old workbench (attached to the wall, drawers and bin storage, power bars and lights) into my hobby bench - I also build plastic models there.

I saw online that someone had done this so I copied it. I put clear rubber tubing on the pegs to make them grippy and softer. I used mechanics wire wrapped around the two pegs (per truck) to keep them from spreading. Works well, the 1/24th remotes fit with their units and the 4-Runner has an extra peg at the back as it is currently arse-heavy (I plan to do some changes with battery position to change that).

There is room on the shelves for other items and I have loads of storage in parts bins below the narrow ledge (which are two drawers for paints, sandpaper, blades and such).

On a few shelves in my basement. Have a little section of my basement for everything R/C. Trucks on shelves, parts hanging on walls & anywhere else I could find to stash things so it dont take up the entire basement.
