Wheely King knuckles/shafts guidance

I need to upgrade my front axel shafts and I just wanted to get things straight before I start ordering parts.

Wheely King knuckles plus rc4wd Wheely King XVD'S seems to be the best option correct? All I need to modify is the shafts? The knuckles are a straight fit and the bearings simply swap over? Is there anything else I need to do?

So I just finished this mod, I had to order some 4x10mm step screws (tamiya sp-585) and grind the little lips off the backside of the stock r1 hexes flush and I was good to go.

Thanks for the follow up. It sounds like you are the first to do this mod, based upon the fact that no one bothered to answer your original questions. This forum seems really dead sometimes. Definitely post some pics.

Pics will have to wait, blew a set of front portal gears as a result of bearing failure. Trashed the whole housing so I'm waiting on some parts. When I get it back together (or during reasembly) I'll snap some pics and get them up here.
