Moved battery, Rx and ESC. Vanquish 4 link. Holmes tqmaster 27t expert, and brxl. Rc4wd bumper and homemade tow strap

Did the Axial metal link kit today. I was apprehensive on doing the steering link because of the force now applied to the servo, but I think as long as I don't beat it, the stock service should last a little. Also am a little concerned with the bolt running through the tie rod and into the steering knuckle because of how much leverage it has on the bolt...may put the tie rod below the knuckles and drag link on top.

went to the local HS and picked up some Vanquish links, Vanquish shock risers for the front shocks and RRP steel transmission gears.. also cut out the rear cage on the deadbolt body to get to the body pins alot easier.

I'll get pictures up tomorrow evening..

Finally mounted a tire to check clearences. That's a lot of steering

Do the tires cip your battery tray when the truck flexes? I removed that cross member above the steering servo last night, and that opened up a whole knew realm of flexing. My tires come pretty close under default steering.

They do not. I had to lift the front of the tray 5 to 8 mm so the links don't hit the bottom of it. My shocks are hitting the jump stops right when the axle hits the brace. I will leave it for now

Vanquish 8 degree High Steering. The only ones worth running. It's an expensive set up but there is no replacement for Vanquish parts
Looks like they have as much throw as xr10 conversion, i was told that was the way to go for max steering. Might be changing some stuff up. Haha $$$

The xr10 mod is near the same. It's just a lot more work. You need tubes, too

Started making a new body for it.

Well actually started yesterday and many of the components are from earlier projects. Mocking up some inner fenders with cardboard. This is just what is beneath the real body but I'll get to that after I get this in running order and test it for a few years.

took apart my king shocks and put some sf-3 grease around all the o-rings and filled them with 80w oil..plus decided i want to run 475 slw hubs instead of the 350's i originally bought..

Started a Wroncho build. Finished adjusting the links for the F-100 wheelbase and trimmed the body. Seems to fit the Wroncho really well. Looking for a happy medium as to body height. So far this seems to look the best and still allows for generous amounts of flex.
