What did you do to you SCX-10 today?

Decided to build an expedition rack for my friends Wrangler. 5x5", Plasty-dip(spray can), as well as some custom bungee chords. It's heavy duty, and should provide some nice body roll on the trials :ror:.

Just bolted in a JCAD hi-clearance rear subframe. Now I have more uptravel which is great because I run a very low ride height. I can now climb the front step of my house which is at least an inch and a half taller than the tires. I could do this before, but only just.
Big thanks to Jens for one-offing this piece for me since he was out of stock. Thats what I call customer service!
New shoes too. SSD stamped steel 1.9s

Have the chassis apart right now, did 4 link still with plastic OEMS. Holmes 27t torque master expert, needs to be soldered up. Have been working on a sheet metal battery tray, so I can relocate the Rx box and ESC as well as get the battery off the front axle. I was having to run way too much preload to keep ride height.

Applied a nice coat of olive drab to the SCX10/Kaiser M715 Jeep Build.

I had a boss many years ago that had one of those as his daily driver. Old, rust spotted, and beat up. Tough as all get out! Love those things.

I found some Traxxas push rods the right lengths and replaced all of the links on my Wroncho with them. Then I put the RX box in the back like a gas tank and put the RX in it. I had some scrap stainless laying there, so I cut a piece to put on the side and stuck the ESC to it. I had ordered a set of those diff skids I low ball offered for on fleaBay laying there. So I put them on as well...haven't made up my mind on them yet. Then I wheeled around the yard a few minutes before it got dark. It's been a not so lazy Sunday afternoon.

are you still running that 'clocked' transmission?

Howler Custom Plate. None of the holes matched up and it was hitting my links before I bent it up. Ehh

Added some Blue Monkey knuckle weights on the front of the Dodge build.
