USPS/Paypal issue...

Well, like a few of you on here I usually ship things to people via paypal/usps. A little over a week ago I went to ship out an item but my printer would not work.. I should have checked this before I actually paid for the label which is my dumb fault :roll: So I hit void label and asked that I be refunded the money I paid to ship this large item. Then, the next day I printed the same label and everything went great.

Now... over a week later it is still saying refnd pending but still havent gotten my money back. What can I do about this? It said to allow up to 48 hours for it to go through but its been a little longer than that... :evil:

The USPS seems to be dropping the ball all the time.
I just shipped a package a little more than a week ago. Was told it should be delivered on the 11th of January.
Turns out, it sat at the post office, for the entire weekend and then didn't even leave Michigan till Tuesday.
Looks like the package will be delivered today, the 15th, not the 11th like I was told at the post office.

Don't plan on anything happening quickly when you involve the government, unless it is spending our money.. They seem to do that VERY quickly.

It takes 48 hours for the refund to be processed by USPS, it can take a few weeks to actually get your money.

Oh wow.. Well sounds like i will just have to mark it as a loss and when i finally get my money back ill be happy. Thanks guys

I quit using the printed labels because it took me over a month to get 2 refunds on labels that never printed.
