Maybe I'm late to the game but i just found Carisma makes a rally car in the 1/8 flavor. It's called the M48S and comes in two variants; The one I want:Screenshot_20241002_000346_eBay.jpg
and, meh, subaru
Being that it's cheaper than a cen puma though got me thinking I may get this instead.

Thoughts?

I'd love to get one of these and parking lot race it with friends. Or have a scale rally course, but those are nearly nonexistent.

Both look cool cars but I lean towards the Audi . I don't have many rally experience but have a Carisma M40s and works very well. Surprised me with the power that puts on the ground

Yeah, I'm also more about the vintage Audi ur quattro. Mainly because subaru is just so so 1990-2000. Also, I suppose it doesn't help that I already have 3 HPI super nitro rally cars that either came with the Lancer Evo, Subaru WRX, or Suzuki Escudo and also a WR8 with the subaru body. and another subaru body by tamiya 1998? So this would be a nice addition. Body alone was about 140-150, so worth it to buy the whole thing IMHO.
