i ended up crossing the t-case and front driveshafts and moving the t-case forward and not needing them. well at least for this build ;)
 
got the aluminum wheels narrowed (pain) and a whole lotta OD green laid down:mrgreen:

well it doesnt show up in the pics :x , but i spent all last night dry brush weathering the body, wheels and chassis.
raw steel on the highs, and rust and dirt in the lows.

I forgot I dip my servos in plasti dip the same rubber stuff that is on the handel of a pair of pliers.
 
well we had a trail ride today so i took the M-38 out for its first serious wheelin.
i have to say i was blown away. it did incredible, it was making stuff i know my 2.2 rox lox jeep tuber couldnt do. i was really impressed, an absolute blast to drive.
