Thank you kindly, Jim. Your support is greatly appreciated. And you hit the nail on the head. Many times we get so used to the status quo. But life is about growth and about challenges and digging deep into our character and resources when push comes to shove. Sometimes we make changes on our own accord and sometimes changes are forced upon us. It's certainly a gut-punch right now but we simply have to keep moving fwd one day at a time. Hard to see the forest through the trees right now but I've persevered through uncertainty before as has my wife and we'll just have to get there again... one way or another. Nothing is ever a given in life but life is indeed worth fighting for. Right now I'm just grateful that my wife won't have to endure the insurmountable demands and hostility that she has been subjected to over the course of recent years. That's the victory for today. Next week or next month it'll be something else. Gotta keep going.

So, I was going to post this in the rant thread. But this works too. Last year I was sued (sp) by a gentleman for 12.5K after he drank some of my coffee, ( when he fetched for his off leash dog, that has previously attacked/bitten mine) he didn't like that and swung a dog shit pickup stick at my face, (i dodged it like Neo from the Matrix) (ALL CAPTURED ON VIDEO) and he ended up catching the glass ikea beaker the coffee was in about a nanosecond after his second swing to his Dome!

I wasn't even at the trial, and judge ruled that it looked like he started it! The judge saw right through his BS and I had to pay $170 period, and thought that I was done with this. NOPE!

Tuesday at about 3 this same guy starts yelling my name from across the street, and calls me a fag and how we have "catching up to do" I'm wondering WTF is going on there in this dudes noggin, so I tell him not to be salty the Judge saw through his ruse! He says he wants to "make up" iirc, i tell him Ill only put a hole in him. Dude loses it and swings the stick. However, not high enough to concern me, but then he tries to fling the shit on me. I tell him to keep his distance from me, and his dog leashed. At that point I'm done talking, but leave calmly without an incident and call the cops. I file a report and press charges on the guy.

Now I get to fill out a restraining order against him, and hopefully he will get locked up next time for being stupid again!

Started the day off with a smoking battery charger, thankfully caught it time Couple of hours later the pc monitor decided to die so had to rush out and get another Just need to find another charger now, luckily it wasn't my only one

Sons Traxxas Bandit ESC gave up the white smoke this morning. Sadly It only had a few battery packs through it too. Time to dig through some stuff and find another.

Job loss sucks. Something I am familiar with, will spare the details.

What gets me is these people who act like your stupid, "well don't you have a plan" or like no such hard times will ever occur to them. For some all it takes is a series of events and none is larger than job loss or the ability to work.
