Cool
I've been looking to build a 1.9 scaler, any suggestions ? Scx10?

SCX-10 is definitely the way to go! Parts are relatively inexpensive and readily available.
Plus there are endless possibilities when it comes to making it "yours".

209 is right SCX10 is deffenitly the way to go, I pretty much think all of us run a SCX in one form or another"thumbsup"

Well guy's if anyone is down we'll be getting together at my backyard for a mini gtg so all are welcome to bring whatever you want as long as it crawls lol. So let's say 5:00-6:00pm friday till whenever. This well be mini event though so if you have a mini it's a plus"thumbsup"

I'll be moving rocks today getting ready for friday and if theres anyone who would like to come by this evening to help move some rock it would be much appreciated:mrgreen: If not then:flipoff:

Man I wish I could make it for the Friday night gtg but I work til 6pm in Pleasanton man. It'd be like 8pm before I'd make it to your place.
Maybe I'll make it to the next one.

Have fun guys!

Hell yeah!!! I've been needing to get my crawler fix. I might come by tonight to help move some rocks if I'm not busy.

We have been know to play till the wee hours of the morning Rene, so if you can get there by 8:00-ish we might be on like course #2. "thumbsup"

Yea I'd really like to make it but with work on Saturday morning, it just doesn't make sense. Besides, I still gotta get some lipos for my mini... The one that it came with was shot!
I've ordered from hobbypartz before and I think I may need to again.
What size batteries are you guys running? I mean what mAH rating and what is the actual size of the pack??

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I run the gens ace 2 cell 450 mAh 25c on my mini and with my setup it can go 3 courses as long as I don't "turdle" and yawww it too much, hope that helps.

That was very helpful. For some reason I was thinking that I needed a much larger battery. Maybe a couple 800mah 2s packs will do the trick.

My rig currently has a 10.5T brushless system in it... May require a bit more juice than other rigs.

Thanks Darren!

No problem bro, those should work. I'm running a 18.5T brushless, so you do need the extra juice. "thumbsup"

Thats cool and can't wait to see the new rig done"thumbsup" On another note I went up and met Matt for a trail ride up at the spot for the RCOTC and went through about 3 batterys and by the time we were done I was winded and legs were done for lol

But we got to see a lot of usable terrain that just go's on forever:shock: Can't wait to get up there to camp.
