I have no idea
Newbie
Hi everyone,
Lets get started!
I have been bulding cars for many years ago like 10 or something.. that time flies so fast but due to pandemic situation I was trapped home with another 7 bilion people with no hope for parties and fun in the near future (next 20 years) and I was thinking what to do.. and then I got an idea that I always wanted to build this Iconic czechoslovakian truck with capital I but I never imagined (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VOgFZfRVaww I could not resist..) to even think about bulding it.. so I bought a 3D printer last year and started.
My starting point was this.. almost pure nothing that looked like this, meh:
This frame was taken (read stolen) from Tamiya globe liner truck.. and bcs this frame/chassis is 1:14.. too damn short ofc, life is hard tho so I started figuring out what to do and I came up with a very complex idea and it was just make it longer -.- and I printed out "C" profile with a holder for gear.
(dont ask me why pictures are getting smaller and smaller, my pc drives me crazy)
The result was adequate to my 3D printing skills that were approaching sad 0 value at that time. I printed out two pieces of it and assembly this solid state of hell into this shape:
So thats the end of first report from this journey to an uncertain end hopefully to this Iconic truck. I hope u enjoyed that article, hopefully laugh a bit and we will carry on soon. In case of any question, bring it on! And in case of need for parts made by 3D printing, dont hasitate to PM me and we can figure that out. See ya
