Super 300/300HD's

For all of you awaiting parts, Im happy to tell you that I have about 50% of the parts here and have been assembling most of the day. I will assemble till late tonight and prob every night this week, as the rest of the parts will get here tuesday from the heat treaters.

I will try and get some pics up later this evening or in the next day or so.

All in all everyone should be really happy with the new shafts, a few things have changed from the original 300's. Its all stuff that ive figured out while testing the HD's. I've necked down the shafts in the running length of the shafts, as the diameter isnt needed anywhere but the drive tangs and the joint ends. This allows the shafts to deflect alot more without inducing damage to the joints. Thus yielding an even stronger axle assembly. Another major differance from the start of the pre-order on the HD's is that the cross is now larger to take even more abuse.

Im sure you are all excited to get parts so im getting back to assembling, and prob wont be on the board much the next week. though I will try and answer pms and some questions as time allows

Thanks for the update John! Definitely looking forward to getting these in and having them available through our site "thumbsup"

The improvements sounds GREAT also 8)

I've been over at Johns this evening using his tools to fab some stuff. He's been at assembling shafts since 3pm,
It's 11:30 and he's still going.
He's got alot more to do and another batch tomorrow.
